How do I control my We-Vibe Sync?

You can control your We-Vibe Sync directly using the push button on the end of the clitoral stimulator (the larger end with the We-Vibe logo), using the wireless remote control or for the best experience use the We-Connect™ app on your smartphone.

To control We-Vibe Sync using the massager control button: Press and release the control button to turn your We-Vibe on. Press and release the control button again to advance to the next vibration mode — make sure you try all the modes. To turn off your We-Vibe Sync, simply press and hold for 2 seconds. When you restart your We-Vibe Sync, it will resume at the last vibration mode selected.

To pair or re-synchronize the remote control with your We-Vibe Sync vibrator:

1. If your We-Vibe is paired to your smartphone and the app you must first disconnect it from the app. From the Shortcut Menu (3 dots on the top left) select "settings" then "unpair We-Vibe". If you have not paired with the app, proceed to step 2.
2. Press and hold the control button on the We-Vibe 4 Plus for 5 seconds. You We-Vibe will pulse twice to let you know it’s ready to be paired.
3. With the remote and We-Vibe next to each other, press and hold any button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
4. The light on the remote will blink 3 times and your We-Vibe will pulse 3 times when it’s paired.

To use the remote control, turn on your We-Vibe Sync by pushing the control button on the massager. Then, use the up/down buttons to step through 10 levels of intensity, or press and hold the up button to soar to max right away. Use the left/right buttons to go backward or forward through the modes. To turn off your We-Vibe Sync using the remote, hold the down button for 2 seconds.

Within 30 minutes of being turned off, the remote control unit remains on standby and can be used to restart your We-Vibe Sync massager. After 30 minutes, your We-Vibe Sync massager control button must be used to turn it on before the remote control can be used.
